What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. When you apply for a job through our application portal, we receive the information you submit, which may include contact details, employment history, qualifications and your CV/resume.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to enquiries, assess job applications and communicate with you about them.

Who processes it

Contact form messages are handled through Netlify. Job applications are collected through Tally. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep enquiries and applications only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete them.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have given us by emailing info@apexbuildinfra.site.
